Double wells glass slides, Organosilane coated

Well area: 1.77mm2    Thickness: 1~1.22mm     Length: 7.5cm       Width:2.5cm   

Slide sterilization method: 

Before use, please put the double-wells glass slides positive upward, ultraviolet radiation 30min, or after immersing in 75% ethanol  5min, with an alcohol lamp dry, place still room temperature in Biological Safety Cabinet. 

Cell seeding density: 

I. Prepare the cell suspension in Biological Safety Cabinet,   

II. Put the double-wells glass slides in sterilized culture dish (D=10cm). 

III.To each Well, cell suspension was added about 200 ~ 400ul, about 1x104~2x104个/ml. (Example: HEL 299 ATCC® Number: CCL-137™ )
